Our services are delivered in-person, online, or digitally depending on your location.

We are proudly based in Sydney, servicing Brisbane, Melbourne, and surrounding suburbs - please discuss our working zones during initial consultation to ensure you’re in the right place.

Detailed inclusions brochures will be provided upon engagement of services and initial quoting, based on Airthrie Design Co’s standard inclusions and client’s provided scope of works.

3. Using Our Website and Services

You agree to use our website and services responsibly, for lawful purposes, and in accordance with all relevant Australian laws.

Unless you have written permission from Airthrie Design Co, all content and products—including all documentation drawings and design materials—are for personal use only and may not be redistributed (for profit or otherwise) or used commercially.

All content on our website—text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and digital products—is the property of Airthrie Design Co, and our affiliated builders and suppliers, and is protected under Australian copyright law and international treaties.

5. Colour Documentation

Our Colour Selections Documentation is tailor-made for each builder and project. It is designed to support clients, trades, and construction professionals through every phase of the build.

This documentation is for individual use by the builder, homeowner, and relevant trades only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorised sharing in any form is not permitted and may result in legal action

6. No Resale Rights

You may not copy, alter, resell, or commercially distribute any digital content, drawings, selections, documentation, or templates created by Airthrie Design Co without our written approval.

Any breach of this condition may result in legal action.

7. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is required 7 days (one week) from date of invoice.

Services: Refunds may be available where services do not meet the agreed scope of work, in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Your Consumer Rights

We operate in full compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product or service does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Airthrie Design Co is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of our services or documentation, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

While we aim to ensure our clients make informed decisions throughout the design and selections process, final approvals and choices remain the responsibility of the homeowner. Any concerns regarding warranties, installation, or material suitability should be addressed directly with your Builder or supplier.

If we believe that we are not the right design fit for your project, we’ll let you know early in the process and offer recommendations to support you moving forward.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. All changes will be reflected on this page with the revised date above. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a breach of these Terms occurs. In such cases, we will provide notice in writing, a clear end date for the engagement, and a final invoice if applicable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of New South Wales.

13. Dispute Resolution

We’re committed to resolving concerns constructively. If an issue arises, please contact us directly. If we’re unable to resolve it together, formal procedures under Australian law may be followed.
