Airthrie Design Co is a residential design studio specialising in new homes, renovations and display homes, with a focus on thoughtful design, practical decision making and clear direction from the very beginning.

Founded by interior designer Blaire Marchand, Airthrie was established after more than a decade working within the residential building industry across interior design, selections, project builders, suppliers and pre-construction. That experience gives us a strong understanding of what happens beyond the concept and how design decisions affect pricing, documentation, trades and, ultimately, how a home comes together on site.

We don’t project manage the build. Instead, Airthrie works collaboratively alongside your builder, suppliers and trades as the design point of contact, helping provide clarity, answer design related questions and ensure the approved vision is understood as the project moves from paper to site.

Strong relationships with leading suppliers and manufacturers including Reece, YDL Stone, Laminex, Worldwide Appliances and Dahlsens also keep us closely connected to the wider residential building industry, with access to current products, technical knowledge and emerging materials.
