I’m Blaire, the owner and interior designer behind Airthrie Design Co.

With more than a decade in new builds and renovations, I’ve worked closely with a trusted network of builders and suppliers to bring thoughtful, functional spaces to life. I wear a few hats—interior and exterior designer, lighting designer, colour consultant, and workflow specialist—and I’m a big believer in clear, functional documentation. It’s the quiet hero of every seamless project.

I genuinely love what I do. Whether it’s crafting something new or breathing life into an existing home, I’m here to guide you with clarity, care, and a calm process. If you’re a builder, I’ll take the design work off your hands and hand it back in a way that makes life easier on site. A little about me? I’m a lover of great food (cooking it and eating it), never say no to champagne, adore my cat, and will always choose winter over summer. I’m a proud Western Sydney local, passionate about shaping the new West, elevating the Blue Mountains, and creating homes that tread lightly on the environment.

Who is Airthrie? Airthrie House was the name of my mum’s childhood home in London. It wasn’t grand or famous—but it had a beautiful ring to it. It was home. And that’s what we’re here to create for you.
