Before construction begins, we provide a detailed builder handover to walk through the design intent, documentation, selections and key project details, helping ensure everyone starts the build with the same understanding.

Throughout construction, Airthrie Design Co remains available to support both the client and builder with design related questions, clarification, reviews and guidance and site visits included as part of our service.

This may include reviewing selections or substitutions, checking details against the documentation, attending site meetings or calls, and helping resolve design queries as they arise.

Airthrie Design Co does not act as the project manager or site supervisor. Our role is to provide design support throughout the build, offering an experienced second set of eyes, maintaining clarity around the design intent, and helping both the client and builder feel informed and confident from handover through to completion.
